Here are a few of our favourites.
Nüsslisalat
Boiled eggs and crispy bacon on lamb's lettuce. This traditional Swiss salad has fantastic flavour and texture combinations and works brilliantly with our vinaigrette.
Endive & Fenouille
Combine chicory with fennel, radicchio, pomegranate seeds and toasted walnuts. Sprinkle with course salt and pepper.
Potato Salad
Whisk Original Vinaigrette with mayonnaise in a bowl before adding boiled and sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped chives, parsley and course pepper. Mix until fully coated.
