A Swiss Classic

Nüsslisalat

Boiled eggs and crispy bacon on lamb's lettuce. This traditional Swiss salad has fantastic flavour and texture combinations and works brilliantly with our vinaigrette.

Great for gatherings

Endive & Fenouille

Combine chicory with fennel, radicchio, pomegranate seeds and toasted walnuts. Drizzle Swiss Salad Sauce and sprinkle with course sea salt and black pepper.

Comfort Food

Potato Salad

Whisk Original Vinaigrette with mayonnaise in a bowl before adding boiled and sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped chives, parsley and course pepper. Mix until fully coated.
